Some of my HD Channels work and others are scrambled. What can I do to fix this?
Are you using a STB? Are you subscribed to said channels?
Assuming you say yes to both,You may need to contact VERIZON (see http://www.verizon.com/support/residential/contact-us/index.htm ) and ask them to try sending a reauthoriztion. Running the option on your box to under menu/customver support to fix FIOS TV issues or in-home-agent might work.
