Hello, I am with civil engineering for Panda Express. We are constructing a new restaurant at 1901 W Glendale Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85021, and will be cutting/boring across W Glendale Ave to connect gas and water utilities. We've gone through 811. However, the city is requiring us to provide evidence that we've communicated with the owner of any conflicting utility lines in the road.
