I found it almost impossible to locate the information on this gift card in the first place and following up on it as well. Finally it said it would be mailed in 3 weeks or so (kind of weird) but it never came.... Don't have the time to sit on the phone for who knows how long to try and track this down, but apparently it's a well known issue and problem that many people have. Disappointed to say the least.
