I have been saving a $250 gift card that I won at from a Verizon vendor booth. I want to use it toward a new phone but it says that's there is a zero balance. I called the 800 number on the card and it's just an automated number with no customer service. Both chat & calls to Verizon have gotten me nowhere. The rep I spoke to said "weird it doesn't show anything" and forwarded me to the automated 800 number. How can I get this fixed!!
