Cannot redeem $50 gift card

I got a promotion offer for a $50 gift card for signing up for Fios. The gift card showed I had to redeem by yesterday (06/02), but The "Redeem Gift Card" button takes me to another page saying "This page is not working". I've tried several different browsers, using my phone, clearing cache. On top of that, now it doesn't even show the "Redeem Gift Card" or "Get Started" button. Tried to resolve by chatting, nothing worked, please help. Thank you.
