Utility Box Damaged

I have a green utility box that has been severely hit by a car, smashed completely open and the wires are exposed. It has been this way for 4 months. Who do I contact to get this fixed, replaced? I am afraid someone will be harmed by coming in contact with it.

I am in Michigan.

Frontier Communications acquired all of Verizon's wireline assets in Michigan in 2010. Please reach out to Frontier for help with your issue, as they now provide the landline services previously provided by Verizon in your state.
