I am currently a mobile and home/Fios customer. I have activated the veteran discount for my mobile account - it has been in effect for several years. However, I am unable to do the same for Fios. I receive the following error: "Thank you for your service. We are unable to verify your eligibility, but you can still order these services or learn more to check eligibility for a discount through the Verizon Connections program, which offers discounts to employees of companies enrolled in the program."
