Can't sign up for verizon wireless without error

I've been trying to sign up for verizon wireless unlimited plans for the past week and every single time, with every single device and browser, it keeps telling me "Your request could not be processed at this time". I've tried all the solutions like clearing cache but I can't get it to work. How does verizon expect to gain wireless customers if they can't get their website to work properly?
