Can't Redeem Prepaid Cards

I have got an email saying I was able to redeem both of my prepaid cards. An email was sent with a link, but when I click on the link and log in the tiles are there. However, the link the tiles give me does not work. I just sends me to the dashboard of my profile. The link does not work, what else can I do to redeem the cards.
