Verizon sent a FREE replacement flip phone to an address where we weren't living, so it was returned to them. When the flip phone's service was cut off (without warning!) I called Verizon and was told to go to a Verizon store, which we did, and were charged $79 for a new flip phone. So I called customer service and they couldn't reverse the charges. Grrrr......I'm ready to switch to another provider.
