Verizon came out to my home last year to repair a low hanging Fios wire that detached from my home. They re-installed the wire at the same height and when I arrived home today, something (I’m assuming a truck) had struck the wire causing it to forcefully detach from my home. This caused damage to both my roof and siding. Can someone please contact me about this? Customer support has been zero help whatsoever.
