Is it possible to buy a router for FIOS instead of renting on a monthly basis?

Additionally, you should be able to swap out the ActionTec for your own router if you don't have FiOS TV. If you have FiOS TV, you will either need to keep the ActionTec around for TV Guide and VOD, or you will need to purchase a MoCa LAN adapter to hang off of your router.
