I rent movies via flexview on PC...cannot run full screen or its too choppy and stutters....not my speed, not a pc problem...not my browser...matter of fact I just launched one tab on netflix full screen flawless...the other tab verizon on demand stuttery as all hell...both using Silverlight ..

I watch movies all the time and hbo go etc ...ONLY this{word filter avoidance} on demand online is terrible...what gives?

Anybody have the same issues or anyone have advice other than...watch movies on a television & not my pc...:(

What Graphics card are you using, and also, what CPU are you using on your system? Silverlight's quite a pig for video (moreso than Flash is these days) and it's quite awful for video streaming as such. You might have a Dual or Quad core CPU with a good GPU, but if Silverlight's consuming an entire core of your system it probably says what the problem is since Silverlight doesn't Multithread and programmers seem to be quite lazy these days for web applications 😉
