Damaged Verizon Belowground Junction Pedestal

There is a damaged Verizon pedestal at the entrance to our neighborhood in Reston, VA. Attached are photos of the pedestal and the street sign that indicates the location (with the latter also showing the pedestal laying on the ground in the background.) Can this repaired, please?
