I initially setup my account online and placed my order. I called to ask a question and the customer service rep shut down my initial account and set up a new one for me (I did NOT ask or intend for him to do this). I was told that the setup fee would be waived and that 1G only cost $49 in my area. The setup fee was NOT waived by the supervisor AND I was charged $99 for 1G. I have not received help for my issue despite contacting them online and calling. I am frustrated and unhappy with my Verizon experience thus far.
