Can't redeem xbox gift card

Today I became eligible to redeem the rewards that came with my Fios package. I received separate emails about both rewards. One was an ethernet adapter, which I was able to redeem. The other, a $50 xbox egift card, is nowhere to be found on my dashboard. Unlike the adapter, there is no tile for it. Very disappointed that Verizon is making it so difficult to redeem this reward.
