I recently switched after 10yrs with BH and partnered TV through Directv. I was offered the free activation/installation since I partned through DTV and I clearly asked this multiple times. Along comes the first bill and second with Internet Activation Fee's at 20/each and customer service will not help. On top of the mis-information about the fee's, my last name is spelled wrong on my bill. So after calling in twice and spending a bunch of time they could only fix what shows on my next bill, not my actual verizon email account user address. So basically, if someone spells my name correctly @verizon.net I will never see the message!!! Not a good experience and will most likely be going back to BH for the internet
