Ditto. We just got stood up by TWC for the fourth time to repair their lame service. Our whole building has had it with them, and you'd get eight new accounts in a hearbeat if you came down President Street.

Your location is out of central park slope, why do you always call youself south ps, that's so wired. Is there another name for your neighborhood?

I have been waiting for years to dump TWC. I got something in the mail to sign, giving access to my yard for installation last year and still nothing? I know most of my neighbors will switch also, how much longer ? 8th ave. and 16th street Park Slope Brooklyn 11215.
