The Fios installers fed their wires from the telephone pole in underground channels that were placed into trenches during our homes construction. It was not sealed properly at the start of the channel causing large amounts of leaking directly into our house. The water flows alongside the Fios optical wire. The water leak that was caused by improper installation which has caused major water damage and causes a leak into our house with each rain fall. We have videos of the Fios optical wire causing the leak and have multiple sub contractors come who have also verified the damage causing the leak was from the Fios installer. I would like to file a claim. We have called countless times and have had no success, get transferred to multiple wrong departments, and spend hours on hold.
