relocation of lines on pole

I need to have lines raised, dropped or relocated. I have some very large components that need to be moved onto a property in Cleveland, OH and we need approx 30' height in order to move these pieces.

What is the best way to have this done? Does anyone know the approx costs associated with something like this?
