Trying to upgrade my DVR to the 500GB model through the website and I run into one of two scenarios:
1- Get stuck on the 'Retrieving Your Account Information' prompt
OR
2- Sometimes it gets past the above prompt but says that I don't have a DVR and that I should upgrade my service.
I read other forum posts and I have tried upgrading via chrome, firefox, ie and Safari. Verified I had the latest version of java, installed the Verizon software, and tried the auto-correct feature available in the DVR hoping it would recognize my DVR during the upgrade process. No success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
