We decided to switch from t-Mobile to Verizon. Got our phones today. 2 out of 3 phones ( All IPhones) got activated just fine. 3-rd one, is coming to a screen where it asks to verify the phone number, then my Social or PIN and once at this step, just keeps the keyboard over the continue button...
So far, spent like 4 hours total with support - zero resolution...
I am not sure if I am doing a right thing now if from the very beginning Verizon can't really do a basic thing - activate the phone that they sent out themselves
