I have spoken to technical assistants on the phone and online. I have done all that they've asked: use a different browser, clear my cache, use the phone app. Their final suggestion is to "keep trying." What kind of assistance is this?? It is impossible to get the rewards website to work. Highly ironic considering this is an internet company.
They're just hoping that we'll give up trying. This is all false advertising. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
