A recent storm caused a tree from across the street to fall into our yard and break a public Verizon line. I put in a repair ticket (after waiting an hour each two seperate times). Even though I provided clear information, when the tech came out he said he had to escalate it since it was not related to my service. I asked how I could track it to ensure it was taken care of timely. He replied that I can’t track it and either can he. It’s been weeks now and the guy wire snapped off and is laying in our yard. This is a danger to us, our dog, and anyone else. We don’t even own this public wire yet it is impossible to speak with someone to fix it. Send help immediately. I will not wait on hold for another 2 hours for a cable that Iv set up a service ticket twice now with no resolve. And don’t even get me started on how it’s laying on top of our trees and killing them and making it near impossible to mow the grass with cables hanging everywhere. Help!
