Bullcrap service "ON DEMAND" HD Glitchy and skips.

Tell my why am i paying 200+ dollars a month for a service that doesn't work properly? This has been happening for months, all HD content on demand is twitchy and glitches up. **bleep** whats the point? I tried resetting modem ( i have quantom speed) i have reset the ONT to no avail. I need help with this or i will take change providers.

It might be your set top box thats faulty. Call them and get them to switch it out for a new one or if you have a fios store near by stop by and switch it out with a new one.
