Over the past 2 weeks I noticed when I hit guide on the remote to see the channel menu it does not come up. I need to hit guide again or twice quickly to bring up the channel menu. Has anyone experienced this?
When you hit the guide button does the remote "light up"?
I changed my remote batteries and it did the trick.
Try clicking and holding the guide button.
