My new phone WILL NOT let me send picture messages to non verizon people..

Ive always had unlimited messages & i recently upgraded to anew Samsung Fascinate,but everytime i try to send a picture to a non verizon friend it never goes through. i check the status and all it says is PENDING. I did not alter my calling plan at all so it shouldnt affect it but why arent my pictures going through?
ps i can RECEIVE them but not SEND.

You may need to call Customer service and make sure your picture messaging is set up on the new phone. You can also try dialing *228 option 1 to reset the programming - it does clear up glitches (like this one) in some cases.
