Whenever I try to redeem my $50 promotional giftcard, I receive the error message: {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}. I have called verizon twice about this already, both times I was told the issue would essentially resolve itself by giving it time, or that I would be emailed my giftcard. I would like it redeemed before the offer expires.
