A support cable is connected from a verizon pole to a tree in my backyard. THe tree is dead and I need to take the tree down before there is any harm to people or property. I've called verizon 3 times already and the people being sent are not the right folks to help. They keep saying that an engineer needs to review and move the cable or agree to take the cable down. THis needs to be addressed immediately so that the tree falling does not harm anyone. Please attend to this immediately.
