Whenever I try to redeem my $200 and $150 promotional giftcard, I receive the error message: {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}. I have called verizon twice about this already, both times I was told the issue would essentially resolve itself by giving it time, or that I would be emailed my giftcard. I would like it redeemed before the offer expires. This is obviously an issue for Verizon I am not sure why it can't get corrected. I don't want to have to file a complaint with the FCC as others have, I would just like to redeem the gift cards that were promised to me by starting up a 2-year contract.
