We had a bad thuderstorm last night. Both Internet and Fios TV has been out since then. Anyone else having issues. I was on hold for 15 mins and couldn't wait any linger. Ive reset Fios tv but still not working.
Not sure what you mean by "Fios TV"; STB? Have you powered down the router, then the STB. Could use more info about your total VZ setup. The router is really the heart of the FIOS hardware. Are all the lights Green, blinkink or otherwise? Is it an Actiotec router?
