Very poor customer service.... Jackie was rude and kept interrupting me. I asked why my phone would intermittently not work at times and she was unable to answer my question. i was having trouble with my internet not working unless i was next to the router which has never been a problem for the 11 months of service. She then said that they do not guaruntee service.
when i needed help with my router she hung up on me right after she told me to go find a pen or paper clip and reset my router myself. it's funny how now they have increased their internet speeds and what you to pay an additional $10 a month to upgrade and if you do not purchase the upgrade your internet stops working. i have been a loyal customer to Verizon and will be looking to change my service.
