Phone and Internet

Someone turned around in our driveway and knocked down a wire. I think it may be the phone and internet line. It is lying beside of our driveway. Our phone says to check telephone line and I think that may be the problem. Hope someone can come and check it because I know it is not an electrical wire. It may be a live wire for the phone. We are without phone and interenet.
