The utility pole was replaced/repaired in front of our house between 9/14/22 - 10/1/22. In doing so, they cemented over the oil fill that supplies oil to heat our home. Who do I speak with to uncover the oil fill that they cemented over? Our oil company now needs to repipe the oil fill so that they can get oil into our house. We need to get reimbursed for this damage that Verizon has caused. This is an urgent matter. Winter is coming and we need fuel to heat our home!
