My wife and I signed our business up with Fios and on 4/7/22 we received the email stating in 60 days we would get our bonus. We are well past that and no sign of the card. Myverizon is no help. When I Click on Fios Welcome Bonus at the top of the account overview page, I get "Due to a system issue, the reward website is currently unavailable Please try again later" (most times nothing seems to happen). I have lost track of my attempts to get this resolved but I think it has been 2 calls and 2 chats. Any tips on how to get my reward?
