We've been having the same issue for about 7-14 days here in MD. It's channel 507 for us. If we go to the non-HD channel, it's fine, but the HD channel is horrible. It either hangs and then we get a message saying it's unavailable, or it's so pixilated and there's no sound that it's not watchable.
It's beyond frustrating.
