Need to Get Underground Lines Relocated

We currently have a project under construction in Columbia, SC where we need to have some underground MCI/Verizon lines relocated. I need to have someone get in touch with me so that we can get someone to come out and meet the Contractor on site to discuss getting these lines relocated.
