A Verizon owned utility pole in my yard is attached to a tree in my yard by a guide wire that wraps around the trunk. This has caused severe damage to the tree over time and has started killing it. I have been trying for the past years to get something done by calling the 1800 supper number, but no to no avail So I figured it would try here.
