streaming TV programs

We have FIOS internet, phone and the ultimate TV package with all the premium channels. Can these be streamed onto a windows laptop? I want to be able to watch some of these programs online instead of the. Can't get this to work. Only thing online seems to be little trailers.

Some shows can be streamed on your computer, but not all. The link below is a good starting point. Make sure you have selected "Movies and TV Online," then select a show or network. Also, on some networks you can start at the network. You will need to try both ways to find the best way to reach the shows you like.

Also make sure you disable pop up blockers and cookies before clicking on the show you want to watch. Or add the relevant sites to your exceptions list.
