How do I uninstall FiOS Online Backup for Mac?

Title is self explanatory.

I downloaded the FiOS Online Backup tool, installed it and couldn't get it to work correctly. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle and attempted to uninstall it. However, there is no uninstall. An icon shows up in the "System Preferences" for it, so I removed the icon. (There is no icon for it in the "Apps" or "Utilities" folders.) Unfortunately, the program still exists in the main menu bar, with no option to remove and it starts on boot - with no option to remove it from starting on boot either.

Anybody have a clue? Thanks in advance for any help.

Figured it out. As counterintuitive as it sounds, I had to reinstall to be able to uninstall.

You should be able to simply delete it from your applications folder, but if it's being persistent, then try these instructions

Not in my Application folder, unfortunately. And I'm searching high and low throughout the file infrastructure to find it, but with no luck.

Where did you find the file to download? I'm having the same frustrating problem.
