I was curious if anyone else has had issues receiving a refund or any clear information as to when we should expect one. Verizon policy states that we should receive one within 30-60 days.
I returned a router that was received by Verizon on the 19th of July and processed on the 25th. If I have done my math correctly I should have received my refund by September 25th.
I was assured by one of the early agents I spoke to that it would be 30 days while the following agent told me 60. The next made up date I was told by the 7th or 8th Verizon Agent I spoke with over this 4 month span was October 11th or "60 day after the billing cycle". Well that date has long since passed as well.
Dear Verizon, what are you doing with my money and when are you actually planning on releasing it?
