Family Locator

If anyone out there has Family Locator, I need assistance.

Here's the navigation to where I'm stuck

1. Log into www.verizonwireless.com

2. On the "My Services" tab click "Family Locator"

3. When parental controls come up, Family Locator should already be highlighted.

4. Click "Locate Your Family"

Now, if you're seeing what I am, after clicking that it's stuck in a loop and no map or anything is coming up.

Am I losing it or is anyone else having the same problem? I've tried 3 different computer, and 3 different browsers. It's definitely got to be a website issue??

same issue for me. it just keeps recycling the request in an infinite loop.
