My internet is constantly just shutting off. Most of the time the DSL light is still solid and other times it is blinking very quickly. It is getting very annoying.
This is the FiOS forum. If you have DSL (you have my sympathies) you need to post your problem on the DSL forum:

I have FIOS but my modem does have a DSL light on it.

That's doesn't add up. FiOS service doesn't have a modem....it has a router connected to an ONT.
What's the model number of your modem?

Multi-dwelling often uses vDSL for the internet service within the building.
To my knowledge, VDSL FiOS uses either a ZyXel modem or a Westell 9100VM.
If the DSL light is flashing and you are having issues with the service, call Verizon out and have them fix the problem. There isn't much we can do to troubleshoot the line, short of double checking all of the jacks in your home for corrosion and loose wiring. Also, while I don't know how Verizon manages filtering out the DSL Signal from the telephone service, if you have, or have ever used Microfilters with the FiOS service on the jacks, make sure they are installed.
Otherwise, talk to Verizon. Just mention Flashing DSL light and the make and model of your modem after they pull up your account information. They should dispatch a tech to take a look at the problem.
