Does anyone know of anyway to get in touch with an Escalation support either by phone or email for VZ Fios account support?
I made a request 3 weeks ago and not only did rep not complete the request not did she follow up with it. I reached out again and it's always some type of run around and how are we suppose to get assistance with this stuff?
I like the VZ service but, the customer service is absolutely horrendous.
