Verizon ground box cover/lid is a trip hazard in neighborhood

Zip code is 97008. Ground box cover creating a hazard. Verizon offers no place to report this and we have made over a dozen calls to different 800 and 888 numbers to report this without sucess. Need Verizon to message me for exact location of the box.

Frontier Communications acquired all of Verizon's wireline assets in Oregon in 2010. Please reach out to Frontier for help with your issue, as they now own the infrastructure and provide the landline services previously provided by Verizon in your state.
