Unable to redeem $50 Fios gift card

I have the same issue as many other people - I am unable to claim the $50 e-gift card reward. Every time I try, I get: “{"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}.”

I have used multiple mobile and desktop browsers with no luck - ironically the other links on the page work fine.

Please help. Thank you!
