Can’t Access 50 Dollar Gift Card

Like many others, the page that opens up when clicking on the gift card link from the offers page just shows {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}. Is there any way for Verizon to fix this for everyone? It seems from searching the forums there have been problems of some sort with gift card redemption for years now.
