Unable to redeem Xbox gift card or 200 dollar gift card

When trying to redeem the 50 dollar gift card, I am always redirected to an error website. For the 200 dollar gift card, the reward screen said I would be eligible for it on November 4th. Then on November 4th, it just disappeared and now there doesn't seem to be a way to redeem it.
