Why don't we receive local fios1 channel and local weather on the 8's with weather channel

I have called numerous times with ZERO resolution! I am ready to switch back to comcast. We are supposed to receive Fios1 channel in NJ because you cannot offer News12 NJ. However we do not. Also when watching the weather channel we are lucky enough to see the radar for 07101 -Newark NJ which by the way is 30+ miles away but cannot view the radar for 08753- Toms River NJ. I demand a REAL answer on why this is the case and what the resolution is going to be! I am paying for a service and I am not receiving it. This is a problem on your end and need to fix it.

Your not likely to get a "REAL" answer here, at least from Verizon, as this is a peer to peer forum.

FIOS 1 is only available in some areas, and as you discovered not in yours. I don't know how many areas that verizon has locals on the 8's for. For most areas of the country the weather channel itself doesn't go down closer than 30 miles.
