I can't verify my email, when I click the link it sends me an email which I click and it loads a Verizon page that says "We are sorry, but a problem with your request has occured." (complete with misspelling of occurred.)
I am able to click the link on my phone to get to a page telling me I'm verified. However, when I go into the "myFios" app, and check my account settings, it STILL says my email is not verified.
Please help.
